Dungeon notebook nm question - Guild Wars Forums

During the double rep weekend I just noticed I put all my ranks above 8. That of course means I can not turn in any nm dungeon books for rep points. However I want to know since I still have to complete all the dungeons in nm for the explorer of the north title. Is it possible to turn in a full book to no faction, just to get the experience and gold from it? Or does it not allow anything to be turned in since your not getting points.

once you hit rank 8 in each title track, they won't accept them anymore. You can't even turn in for the xp and gold.
